Return and Refund Policy

At PDFGuide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products All products sold on PDFGuide are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the file has not yet been downloaded.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please reach us at hatiloq@gmial.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and we will process your refund promptly.

Delivery After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic download link by email immediately after payment is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Files If you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
